P90X is a complete 90 day home fitness program designed by Tony Horton. He is a personal trainer. It's an awesome extreme program that has a wonderful side affect of weight loss. I've lost over 80 lbs doing P90X and Insanity. I've also built about 15 plus lbs of muscle to rev up me metabolism. It's an awesome program...both are.

What's the "bump" thing about? And also, what is this P90X I keep hearing references about??
Thanks in advance, guys!
I "bump" a post if I want it to show up under "my topics" so I can easily find it. I normally "bump" recipes, for example.
P90X is an at-home fitness program, complete with several DVD's. It is a great program, but it is very intense. If you are just a beginner, I could recommend doing Power 90 first, then go on to P90X.0 -

Beach Body workouts (try beachbody.com , i'm not certain the actual site) or amazon.com can sell you a DVD or a packet of DVDs for home workouts to get you started.
I really suggest doing P90 (power 90) instead of P90X because the X stands for EXTREME! And if you are just starting, P90 will be plenty extreme enough for you (I know it is for me)0
