Newsflash: Department Of Health And Human Services Recommends Standing At Least Once A Day!

I know we're all busy at our computers and televisions, but HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has recently advised that we all make an effort to *stand* at least once a day. It may be hard at first, so use a chair or wall as support until your muscles develop. See the poster below for instructions.
