Has anyone done this one? ROUGH! Anyway, how would I log it in my exercise tracker? Any ideas? :smile:

  • I have this one, should be called "Kick Yo Abs!". When I do this one, I just log it as aerobics. Good luck!
  • :smile: I have been doing the 6 week 6 pack along with the 30 day shred... it is tough, isn't it? I log in with cardiovascular... I created its own name... I wear a hrm and I usually burn around 300 cals... I hope that helps

    How about logging it under circuit training? That's where I log my BL, and Jillian Michaels workouts.

    Awesome ladies, thanks! I have been doing it with the 30 day Shred and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and yes it is tough. I'm only on day 5 level one of 30 day shred...I do that everyday and rotate the other two videos and running.....somethings gotta work! The last 10-15 pounds are like glue!
