Until my best friend comes down from college to visit for spring break. Last time she saw me I had just had my baby and still had the still look 6 months pregnant belly. I really would like to loose at least 10 pounds in the next month..but i'm not sure what I have to do to do it. Right now the last week or so my weightloss has stalled. I don't ever get to leave the house its hard with 4 month old especially since we live on a busy road..not good for walks..and It's hard making I lot of tim eto exercise at home when she's napping. Any advice would be very helpful!

Can you try a workout dvd? I use Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred dvd with some 3 lb weights. It's only $10 and it's less than 30 minutes long and I burn about 230-250 calories doing it! There are a ton of other dvds that you could try out, just check wal mart or target! good luck!0
