Adding an Exercise DVD to your exercises?

What do you guys put down when adding your exercise if you followed a workout routine off a dvd or something?

sometimes i google it and take an average - if people say they burn 300 calories on average doing a yoga dvd i'll put in 225 to err on the side of caution and not overeat later.. . .in a pinch and without a HRM that's what i'd do0

Anything by Jillian Micheals I put as circuit since the 3 I have are circuit based.
Another I use one has 'cardio stomach crunches' I add as aerobics.

I google them, then change it to my weight and the amount of time I did : )0
