Grilled onions

Buy the biggest sweet onlon you can and cut slices about 3/4 inch thick. Thinly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with old bay and/or steak seasonings. Grill on medium heat until onion is tender. I use some fat free ranch for dipping. It's my answer for the blooming onion.

    Best part. . .the kids don't like it. You can eat it all by yourself. :bigsmile:

    MMMMMM I love grilled/sauteed/cooked in any way onions :bigsmile: My dad says sauteed onions are also slightly laxative....or extremely laxative, if you eat a lot of them haha :laugh:
