    I had the spinach and mushroom omlette on the healthy menu. it uses egg substitutes and you get a bowl of fruit with it. it's really good!

  • Apparently pancakes are not that bad - just go easy on the butter and syrup.

    Simple FIt 2x2x2. It's two pancakes, 2 egg substitutes, and 2 slices of turkey bacon for 400 calories. I get it every single time I go to IHOP.

    I get the 2x2x2 with scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage or bacon,, and ask the to keep the butter off the pancakes. Take it easy on the syrup and it ends up around 500 cals. Plus I am at ihpo, don't feel deprived by skipping pancakes.
