I have lost 25# :happy: and have come to a plateau :noway: . Looking for some help getting the last 10-15 off and this may do the trick (I hope)! I try to exercise as much as I can (at least 3x a week at the gym) but food is my major down fall. What I eat has changed a lot, the quantity of food has not :smile: Hoping the calorie counter and some extra support will do the trick. Thanks! E
