Best Ever Dilled Salmon
Ok hubby doesn't know that I have stolen his rub recipe so shhh.. He uses this for when he smokes Salmon. It IS AMAZING and the best salmon I have ever had. I use the left over rub to put on salmon that I want to bake in the oven.
The following rub mixture makes a LOT. Store in an airtight container.
1/4 cup dried dill
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp kosher salt (less if you want)
2 tsp cracked pepper
Blend all of this very very well. The following rub mixture makes a LOT. Store in an airtight container. Recipe to follow.
Salmon filets
Dill rub - above recipe
Heat oven to 450. Lightly grease a baking pan with olive oil. Sprinkle a very light amount of the dill rub on the salmon. Bake in for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
My son works in the fish market at our local grocer. He wanted to demo this salmon one day - They sold out of it completely. And the dill too ahahaah.

Sounds fantastic. You don't happen to have the nutrional info per serving do you? Would love to have that. Please reply if you do. I'm always looking for new seasoning ideas with fish. Yummy. Thanks for sharing.0

Hey there. I don't but can try to calculate it. The problem is this makes a LOT of rub! I just barely sprinkle it over the fish so it goes a LONG way! Let me see what I can come up with The brown sugar carmelizes when you bake it... soo tasty!0 -
Sounds wonderful! I'm going to try it this week!0
