wikepedia isn't really a valid source, it's submitted by users. In any college or academic standard you could not quote them.
I found the article in total disagreement with how I personally felt after using mine. I felt better, found I lost weight easier, and my dr even reccommended the one I use. I do not use it exclusively, I use it with a normal diet, as he reccommended.
To each his own on whether they want to cleanse/detox or not. But I personally feel that they start you off on the right way, and it makes me feel better.0 -
