saying hi from here
new and thinking that if joining is my first step and doing is my second
then I'm off to a good start

I've read some posts
added a few days food and exercise activities,
a wonderful friend is here supporting me
and
I'm feeling really motivated

hoping to meet new friends
and learn lots along the new adventure to a healthier me
thanks for letting me say hi
and can't wait to meet and get to know a few people along the way
