I have been watching what I eat for the past month. I have lost 20 pounds and have found this app for my IPhone. I think this will help me to track things easier.

    That's how I found MFP, too - the app for my DroidX.

    I have NEVER been successful this many days in the past (I think I'm around 37 days) and I am just loving it. I'll have to repeat myself here and say Who knew "dieting" and "exercise" could be so much fun?
