I saw alot of people on here have mini goals. Is setting it at every 15lbs a good idea? I feel like i'll be able to feel good about myself often and "hopefully" will stay motivated!

Mini goals are awesome! think of something you want to try to accomplish in a months time... perfect for a mini goal0

Whatever you want and you feel will help you along. I see some is to fit in clothes and some to lose weight for a certain day/date. I just felt for me to keep it realistic.0

I saw that too... So I made my own. My mini goals have nothing to do with weight, because I want to have a goal that the scale doesn't have to fight me with. I chose going down in clothes sizes and to feel good about the way I look for my birthday. This gives me time to accomplish it, while still leaving it up to more than just a strict number.0
