You seem to be doing everything right! So you just have to be patient, this is what happens after the initial weight drop. I once waited 3 weeks for my plateau to break. It's frutrating, but this is a slow process, some weeks you can drop 2 lbs, and others, nothing.
If you make your food diary public then maybe we can have a peek and see if there is anything obvious that might be hindering your progress?
Continue to eat within your calorie allowance, drink plenty of water, and move your body, and you will get there, it's inevitable that you will lose weight!
The only suggestion I can say is to make sure you have accurately input your "lifestyle" to make sure that your calorie allowance is correct. For example, have you put that you do "light activity" when in reality your lifestyle is "sedentary"?
Also do you wear a heart rate monitor to accurately calculate how many calories you expend while you exercise? MFP doesn't always give accurate calorie amounts, so you may be burning less calories than you think.
Good luck and stay with it! :flowerforyou:0 -
Sometimes upping your calories by like 200 a day for a week or two helps out. Gives your body a little shock. Sometimes 1200 just isn't enough for some of us. I usually eat about 1400 at baseline when losing weight and when I started that, it really worked. Just a suggestion.0
