i'm 708calories over my goal, 35g over fat + 34g over protien, how badly will this affect my weightloss this week is i do everything right for the rest of the week?

Well, if you set your weight loss goal to 2 lbs a week then you're under your maintenance for the day and still lost weight for the day. If it's set at 1.5 lbs, you're under your maintenance for the day and still lost weight today. And if you're set at 1 lb or .5 lb then work harder tomorrow be under you calorie goal by a few hundred and you'll be fine.0

Don't worry about it,... it's one day. We don't gain weight over night, just like we don't lose weight over night. You may retain some extra water weight, I am sure your sodium was up, drink plenty of water today and throw in some exercise, if you can, to make you feel better. We all have those days. i'm set at 1kg(2lbs) a week. i was just worried that it would set me back to only 1lb or 1.5lbs. i really hope it doesn't set me back because it was a friends birthday and i dont want to be set back because of a party.0
