weigh in 158.2 I haven't lost a pound but I have worked out like a crazy woman and eating good too...I can feel it in my clothes so I guess that is what matters...Hope you had a great week. Go Canada Go!!!! We can do it and I am not sad about no weight lost as I can see it in the mirror....lol!!!

    Crazy Canuck over here in Nova Scotia...I'm in the same boat...but I'm also comin' off a period as well. So next week I hope to see some movement on the scale. I have inches to measure on the 6th.

    It will come in time, we all need to have patience...as long as your feelin' well & you can feel it in your clothes...It will be all good. xo
