I am new to MFP. I would love for people to add me. I really need a support system. I am going to be in a wedding at the end of July and would love to lose about 40 pounds by then. Thanks everyone!

You can do this. Knowing your starting point is the best place to begin. Keeping track of your food intake and exercise will give you a great initial point as you begin this journey. Mine started in 2006 when I weighed over 304lbs. Through prayer, balanced nutrition and lots of exercise, I lost over 154lbs in a year and a half, and have kept it off ever since. I love to be a sounding board and a support for others beginning this fitness journey. If you get bored, you can also check out more of my families story at www.fit4lifeministries.org. Add me as a friend and I would love to keep you accountable and motivated.0
