new here 25lbs to lose

Hi I,m new to the forum. Looking for support and motivation to lose the last 25 pounds I have to go. I have lost. 40 pounds over the last couple years, but I have been stuck in the upper 150's for about a year now and its time for me to focus and do It! I'm a stay at home mom with 2 kids. I need to take time to take care of myself. So i'm ready and motivated. Good luck to everyone on their journey!

    Hope you meet your goal! Great job on losing the 40 already. I joined mid-January and really enjoy the ease of tracking calories and exercise. It's a great way to keep yourself accountable (as long as your honest ;) ) .

    I've only been using this site for a couple of weeks but am finding it extremely helpful and I'm seeing weight loss. The food lists are extensive and it's nice to see the nutrient counts as well. I'm not as hungry when I'm getting the right amount of calories and nutrients.
