Just saw the infomercial for it this morning and it looks good. Results seem pretty quick, and ten minutes would be great for busy moms... anyone doing that Program?

I never even heard of it... But I love Tony Horton
  • My mom who is 61 has done it in the past. I think it's better than nothing, and you can stack a few workouts together if you want a little more work per day.

I don't know of anyone that has tried it yet, I'm going to recommend it to my Mother in Law though so she can get started on a work out and build up. I heard its good though, if you have extra time you can do a couple of work outs, and if you don't, you can still feel good you did something!

10 minute trainer was one of Tony's first programs. It works to keep you toned. It may be a place to start if you have a hectic schedule. Just remeber, there are no quick fixes but this is a great starting block.

My husband and I have had it for about 2 years now. We used it every day for quite some time. Then I got pregnant, and we stopped. I just started using it again with a friend a couple of weeks ago and remembered how much I love it! It's an awesome workout if you have a demanding schedule! You can fit in 10 minute workouts throughout the day when you can, or you can bust out as many of them as you want in a row! I highly recommend it!

I've tried it, it's a pretty intense 10 minute but if you go at your own abilities it shouldn't be a problem. For me it seems like 10 minutes is too short so I do stack a couple of them together.

I have them and they are intense. The purpose of them is for you to start with one and eventually stack them all to work out for up to 60 minutes per workout. Good luck!

Something that's really useful that they give you when you buy the 10-minute Trainer is a calendar that shows which workouts you should do each day. Then it says if you feel like you can do more, you can add to it. But it's a good guide to start with.
