when calculating your water intake for the day, does it have to be clear water or can it be flavored water or crystal light? Does it still constitute as drinking your 8oz glasses of water a day? I have cut out all my sodas and drink alot of crystal light to help me get my water intake in. I have been wondering though is this the right way to go? I have been counting this as my water intake and thinking I have been doing really well. Can someone help me clarify? Thanks. :flowerforyou:

yes, crystal light counts as water intake for the day. It's all I drink all day as well....can't stand the bland taste of water so it's the only way for me!0

I count anything that does not have caffeine or sugar as water. But I only allow myself to do that for 4 glasses, and the other 4 I do as straight water. :happy:0
