Just was getting ready for my little jog and had a bit of a mad panic because i couldn't find my sports bra ANYWHERE :( and the girls wouldnt let me go far without it

But then i had an idea.

I've got like a spanx style tube, goes from boobs to bum. put it on over my regular bra and i have to say (and thats why im sharing it with the world) it was the most comfy run ive ever had. secure isnt the word.

maybe ive just got a very bad sports bra, but still. im amazed!! and happy!! and not having aching boobs!:drinker:

just a little idea incase you cant find your sports bra one day !!! LOL :smile:

    Nice! I will definately have to try this! My sport bra never quite cuts it.

    That's great!

    Be careful you don't get bruising from your underwire as breast tissue is very delicate - that's if your regular bra is underwired?! :flowerforyou:
