Small accomplishment... 1/3 of the way there!

Hi all -
I've been meaning to shed some pounds (and by some, I mean quite a few) and get in better shape for quite some time now. I've always spent time in the gym, but had AWFUL eating habits. On 1/4, I decided to make a change in my eating... WOW, did it make a difference! Not only have I lost weight, but I feel so much better. I have much more energy, don't get headaches, and (best of all) don't hit that 2pm crash NEARLY as hard as I did before
I've lost 10 lbs (today was my weigh-in day) since then!
I'm definitely taking progress pictures, will post them with my next accomplishment!
Height: 5'6"
Starting weight: 162 on 1/4/11
Current weight: 152 on 2/2/11
Goals: 145 by 3/15/11
130 by 6/15/11
