    Tea?
  • Skinny Cow Ice Cream Treats are usually less than 200 calories. I love the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sanwiches for 150 calories. Last night I had a little contanier of their Caramel Cone ice cream for 170 calories. A half serving of hersey kisses (4 kisses) is only 100 calories.

Snicker's makes 90 calorie Ice Cream Bar Minis

Arnold's Honey Wheat Sandwich Thins are only 100 calories and a half serving of Peanut Butter is only 95 calories for a total of 195 calories.

    There are tons of options.
  • Tea?

I was wondering that too. Is the tea actually 248 calories????

have you tried calorie free tea or green tea and not put sugar in it?
if you want sweets, try fruit. or give in to the craving and eat a small bite sized candy and go do something else to get your mind off of it

I was wondering if this is a time of day meal? Something I am just not familiar with?

"Tea" is the name for "dinner" in some parts of the UK - I also found it confusing at first!

Oh, and as for dinner tips for 248 kcal - how about a pouch of Young's fish fillet in butter sauce (around 100 kcal) with some steamed veg and new potatoes?

Alternatively, you could top up your calorie allowance by doing exercise

Thank you for clearing that up. I assumed it was a name for a meal time. I learned something new today!
