I have a really hard time eating back the calories I burn and I always seem to be a few hundred calories under my daily goal, I'm not losing any weight this way but it's really hard for me to eat back the calories because I'm not hungry. I've never been a big eater even though i gained so much weight. Any helpful tips?

When you do eat eat foods higher in calories. That way you are not eating more food but rather more calories.0

Make sure you're eating a big breakfast, this is hard if you're not used to it, but it really kick starts your metabolism. After a week you'll find you're hungrier by mid-morning.
Things like trail mix, nuts etc are high calorie, so just eating a few walnuts etc will add to your daily total.
Energy bars are usually about 190 calories each and taste ok.0 -
Find some calorie dense foods. 1/2 ounce of almonds + 1/2 ounce of walnuts is ~185 calories. Add a banana, apple, or other 100 cal fruit and you have an easy 300. This is my favorite snack and I have it every day with a cup of coffee. Taste like those banana nut crunch cereals but with out the wheat flour and other grains.0
