im new to this and was wondering if you have any suggestions on any exercise i can do at home .... i am good at been there to help others keep motivated but i cant keep myself so anything intresting.im stuck at my current weight and when i decided to get back in i uped 2kg in 3 days... i have no idea!!! thank you

I don't have a gym membership or the p90x that everyone is raving about..I have just me and my treadmill..I normally walk/jog on it whenever I get the chance...:) I also have yoga dvds that i'll pop in every once in a while..:happy:0

how do you find that i use my wii fit and stuff i am hoping that i will be able to kick start my weightloss again it just stopped before summer i had lost 3 stone now i am not doing so well!!0
