Tesco diet confusion

Hey guys,

As a birthday gift my husband paid for me to join Tesco Diets (he's a sweetheart <3) and I'm on their GI diet plan. We've both decided to do the plan together and have it set to be family friendly and budget meals as we have a low income. I am a little confused about some things though...

1. Their daily calorie intake for me is listed at 2300 - MFP has me listed as 1460 - little bit confused on this, how come they're saying I should be eating so much (or are they factoring in exercise cals in advance or something maybe?)

2. As I said - we opted for the budget shopping list plan. Tell me.... how come my weekly shop just came to £98?! I used to spend that in a MONTH!

Has anyone else who has used Tesco diets had these issues before?

As you mentioned, they are probably taking into account the amount of exercise you do where MFP will add those cals after you log the exercise.
