Happy Friday the 13th!

I'm up early to make sure I get to bed early, for tomorrow's 3 hour yoga stint, I'm not a zombie. I've spent the morning looking up day-pass gyms in the North Dallas area (we are going next weekend). My how times have changed. I used to just look up restaurants.

Yesterday the elliptical sneaked in my day. Husband came home to take a nap, so I was off to the gym. I was glad to go as the A/C is lower at the gym. Still sore from weights class though. Today is more elliptical as I'm a little tight on time - going to get the pedicure today.

    Today is dance class, and walking there and back. (the heat broke, and it's lovely here).

    Someone asked to give me a ride home from choir practice yesterday and I uttered the words: "no, I have to walk home so I can have my cup of chocolate soy milk." I am now officially a freak. I needed 15 more minutes of walking, and I really wanted that stupid soy milk. I walked, I had it, and it was delicious. (I'm on a "lesser evil" pattern of chocolate consumption. I can have two squares of super dark chocolate or the soy milk. I'd been hitting the low-quality milk chocolate products, probably for the sugar, too hard.)

    I'm seriously considering quitting caffeine, and I'm currently down to one cup in the morning. After doing this for three days, I've fallen asleep on the sofa every evening between 8:30 and 9 pm. Yikes. I'm having some rather serious anxiety issues, so caffeine may not be my friend right now, but I had no idea I depended on it so much.

    Bleargh.
    my dance class got canceled for today,
    so, I just finished cleaning the house for 2 hrs to make up the calories from it. (I'm going out later, so I'll walk to the subway and back to make up for the walk.)

    Perhaps the "dust bunny gods" are looking out for me, as that totally needed to be done.

    Last day of school, spent most of it driving a bus. Planning my summer's worth of exercises now. The garden. some dance, and going to work up to walk a 4 mile loop from my house and back. Going to buy batteries for my mp3 player. Day off from anything because I'm going to graduation tonight. See ya tomorrow.
