OK, so I know for most of you this is going to seem silly…because I’m sure you guys are way ahead of me …BUT….

WOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile: I have officially lost my first 10 lbs!!! GO ME!!!! *does a dance at my desk* :drinker:

You all have been such a HUGE support system for me. I couldn’t have done this much without you!

    really only four weeks, how? i've been here since may 08 and only lost 3 pounds. any advice will be greatly appreciated!
