Is this enough?

I HATE working out. HATE. (Except swimming, I adore that, but due to my current situation in life I can't really get to a pool.) I hardcore power walk 2 miles 5 days a week, probably at about 4-4.5 miles an hour, which for a shorty like me is fast. I also strength train 2-3 times a week at the gym for 30-45 minutes, and attend one one-hour Zumba class a week. Is this enough exercise? I have no aspirations toward a totally gym-toned perfect body, merely because I know I wont' keep it up. Being moderately fit and healthy is good enough for me.
