You're taking the first step toward a healthier and happier you.
Welcome! Be gentle with yourself. Everyone has a bad day or two now and then.
~~Log in your food and exercise (chasing your kids counts as exercise, too!)
~~Eat six small meals a day
~~Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
Good luck!

Welcome!!
Glad you are here and enjoy the journey. Before I joined in August I definately noticed I was doing nothing good for myself and that is what spurred me into action. You can do this.

Welcome!!! You have come to the right place.
If you are feeling like snacking-chew some sugar free gum. It works for me.

redeanav,
don't be furious, almost everyone on here was the same way when they first
joined, myself included. What I would suggest though (this is what I do), is
write down everything you ate with the calories and any other shocking nutritional
information on it and keep that with you. when ever you feel yourself slipping,
take a look at it. I pull mine out of my wallet sometime, it's scary. Mine is
from a bad day last summer (it was like 4K calories, I was gonna write it down, but it
sounds really gross now).
like 1600 more then my maintain. So don't feel bad, just resolve yourself to start fresh.
For THAT, we will be your support!
Best of Luck!0
