    hiya
    i posted a very very similar post last week! and had some fab recipes/ ideas from everyone on here.

    i have learnt that to if i am to make this a permanent change than i have to have chocolate in my life! however, i dont NEED a whole bar. a couple of squares is enough to satisfy my craving. like for exampl a square of dairy milk whole nut is approx 33 cals whilst 5 sqaures is 160 cals, so if u account for it in your daily allowance u can still have choc! i now have a piece everyday and dont feel like im missing out! also dark choc is fab and u get more for less cals!

    try eatting just half of the chocolate bar you want!
    and put the other half in the freezer!
