low cal dips?

does anyone have any recipies for a dip to have with carrot/cucumber sticks? I dont like hummus so thats out! Would rather make than buy as morrisons doesnt seem to stock alot

what is ranch seasoning?

It’s a powder packet sold near taco seasoning mix designed to be put in a tub of sour cream and used as a dip. It still has sodium but is less fat in the end depending what you put it in.

I take it you don't like the typical low fat dressings? I can eat a bowl of Ranch Lite dressing LOL
