Knee's on 30 Day Slimdown/Shred Advice ?? Please

Any advice on what I could do to help or change? Do those knee thingy's they sell at like Wal Mart help while working out??

I dont want to stop this workout .. but my knee's are not liking it too much!!

    I follow Anita for the squats & lunges to protect my knee. I started doing the jumps on my mini trampoline to lessen the impact. I put a folded blanket under my knees for the modified push ups. These things have kept me shredding!

    I like the tips that the previous poster gave you, I would just add that make sure you are doing these in front of a mirror. Form can make it a great workout, but poor form can destroy your knees.

    Are you working out wi shoes or barefoot? When I first started the Shred I did it barefoot and my knees started killing me about 5 days in. I read a lot on another forum where it was mentioned that perhaps I needed to invest in a good pair of cross trainer shoes....once I started working out with shoes it helped a lot.
