I have a question for any yoga instructors and/or physical therapists...
I have a hard time locking my knees to do certain postures...I was always told to never lock your knees and now I am being told to lock them and balance my weight using the locked leg...its very uncomfortable and feels like I will hurt myself...but its entirely possible that the muscles needed to do that are weak and with strength it will become easier...
Whats the verdict?
