I have been overweight most of my life. In my senior year of high school I weighed 240 pounds and decided i needed a drastic change. In a little over a year i lost 50 pounds and got down to 190. Then freshman year of college came and the "freshman fifteen" hit me hard. I jumped back up to 215 pounds by the end of my first semester. I have decided that i am not going to let myself get back into that lifestyle so i decided to sign up with this program and i am hoping it helps me achieve the goals that i want. I would like to be around 180 pounds, which i know is still a little overweight for my height but i think that would look approriate for my body structure. My fiancee and I are doing this together and we both hope that it is a success.
