I finally made it to a goal I had set when I first joined: make it to 365 days logging in! Today is my 365th day!! :)

Within the past year I have lost 16 lbs and ran my first 5K. I'm looking now to keep up my healthier eating and I want to run at least two 5K's this year. Maybe a 10 K as well. I don't have a running attention span of much more than an hour (lol) so I feel 10 K is a good distance for me.

MFP has been a great tool to help with eating choices and I'm glad I joined!
