Hello :) So, I'm brand new to sthe site. Just joined yesterday. Im liking it so far! I've struggled with my weight since about junior high. My heaviest weight was 198. I've recently gotten down to 188, but then went up again to 193. I tried the weight watchers thing, but going by calories is much easier for me.

A little about me, I'm 27 and work in an office, so I sit for most of the day. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. Love going hiking, playing volleyball, dancing, basically whatever. My biggest problem is my eating habits, but I am working on it.

Anyhow, I've got my mind set to lose weight!
