How to make sushi rice

Does anyone have a good way to make sushi rice. Mine NEVER turns out and it makes me sad.

it is an art form, really, I think it just takes practice. the ratio and amount of rice vinegar, sugar and water can vary so after the rice is cooked, add it slowly until the consistency seems right. some sushi chefs fan the rice as they mix to cool and remove moisture.
