Hi. I'm 23 and I've been dieting since I was 16. Some call me chunky or obese, but I can find my ribs, see my toes and count only one chin- I'd like to call myself curvy ;]

I've been successful with all of the diets I've tried, but I fail to keep up with them.

I just recently quit my latest lose-weight quick scheme (HGC diet) and I've decided that the only way I can lose weight at a healthy pace and keep if off, is if I'm accountable for myself. End of story. I'm sick of trying all these quirky new diets and running out to Mother's market to buy slimy, clear, made-of-nothing noodles just so I can feel satisfied.

I've made it a promise to myself to keep MFP as my food diary even on off days so I can compensate with extra exercise the next day. This will also allow me to accept what I've eaten and not punish myself for it.

I AM BREAKING UP WITH FOOD. WE ARE BETTER OFF AS FRIENDS. And I'm okay with that.

Wish me luck and I wish you all luck with your weight loss!
Either way... somebody loves you and will love you just the way you are. <3
