Snow exercise

How can I figure how many calories burned shoveling snow? Any ideas?
And if it's not in the database,, then it's hard to "add" it. hhmmm? I'm at a loss.

    I've wondered the same thing. Or calories burned chipping and shoveling ice off of EVERYTHING!! Let me know if you find anything!

    I will, and when it says you can find it in the data base... It's not there.

    It is actually listed in the data base under cardio.

    I just searched "shoveling snow" and it came right up in the database.

    Shoveling Snow is in the database. It's under cardiovascular exercise. For my weight, height, etc., it is about 10 calories a minute.

    There are two listings for this. Shoveling Snow and Shoveling Snow Moderate.
