What to log Jillian Michaels Shred it

I am wondering what to log Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights video? It's a 30 minutes work out - and I have heard quite intense. I was thinking circuit training? what is everyone else logging it as?
PS - I do not have a HRM.

I thought it was 20 minutes...I'm on Day 5 of it and have been logging it as circuit training0

I log it as aerobics. Shred with weights is 25 minutes.0

I call it 25 min of circuit training. On L2 D3! Yes!0

It is aerobics...circuit traing is free weights whole body brench press leg press dead lifts ect...IT IS NOT CIRCUIT TRAINING...it is nowhere near the same totally different caloric burn.0

hmmm.. about to put it on, it says two 30-minute workouts....I think it is a really old version. It is done with free weights and burst of cardio it says....says" adds extra weith to her hard-core circuit training techniques for a total-body workout designed to burn maximum fat....0

lol, regardless.. I need to stop procrastinating and put the darn thing in the dvd player....my gym was closed due to a snow storm....so off I go - wish me luck!!!0

hmmm, my 30 Day Shred is 3 levels rotating every 10 days for twenty minutes...I don't see how it can be aerobics, it's much more intense than that and has strength training, circuit training, and cardio...0
