And I honestly believe I can with this tool. Before I was using just a regular paper back food journal and it just wasn't good enough. Or should I say motivating enough. I wouldn't last a whole 4 days logging my food. This website helps me to be consistent and be able to track my sugar, carbs, and fat intake aswell. I plan to start utilizing the board for that extra push and to meet new people going through the same things I am =]

    Good luck! Some helpful advice, do plenty of cardio exercise! You'll be thankful in boot camp that you did!
