For all of you who follow the Primal Blueprint:

Our Father, who art Mark Sisson, hallowed be thy Primal Blueprint
The time has come. Thy plan be done, on all earth and kill CW.
Give us this day our daily bacon
and forgive us our 20% as we decry CW to others
Subject us not to grains or legumes
And thy Blueprint deliver us
Forever and ever
Amen

    BWAHAHAHAH! Fantastic! I kind of want to print that and hang it on my pantry door for whenever I'm tempted to dive into the bag of tortilla chips my BF still keeps in the house.
