I know there are a few websites where you can type in your ingredients and it'll give you calorie counts.
But I can't remember what those sites are.
I need it for tonights dinner.
I have worked out for a long time today but I don't want to just guess at calorie's from dinner.

Thanks!

  • You can do that here, food tab and recipe tab. Just enter all your ingredients and it figures out the calories and nutritional value for you. Took me a while to figure that one out
