I know there are a few websites where you can type in your ingredients and it'll give you calorie counts.
But I can't remember what those sites are.
I need it for tonights dinner.
I have worked out for a long time today but I don't want to just guess at calorie's from dinner.
Thanks!

You can do that here, food tab and recipe tab. Just enter all your ingredients and it figures out the calories and nutritional value for you. Took me a while to figure that one out :bigsmile:0
