Faux Apple Cobbler--soooo good!

I really needed a snack--blood sugar was low--but didn't want "just" more apple. So I cut up 3/4 an apple in small bits and microwaved them for 1 min. Then, I took 1/2 a Low-Fat Graham Cracker and put the apples on top of that with cinnamon and Splenda sprinkled on top and microwaved for another 30 seconds.
It was soooooo good!!

I also do something like that. i core an apple then spray no cal butter inside and sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda. then microwave it and fill it with fat free cool whip. It is soooo good.0 -
