Losing It...

Hey everyone my names Ashley and I'm just a few days away from my 20th birthday. I am recently separated from my husband and I am trying to lose the weight gained when I was pregnant with our daughter as well as start over in my life as things are changing. So far I have done pretty well the last few days but I am still pretty nervous about doing this. Everytime I have tried to lose weight in the past I failed miserably.

Last time, did you have the necessary tools for losing weight? I didn't, so I didn't succeed before either. But by using this site I've reached my goals, and if you use it correctly and stick with it, I am sure you can, too. I hope things get better for you, and welcome to the community :flowerforyou:0

You CAN do this! I've lost 85 lbs over the last 3 yrs. The important thing is when you have a bad day or even an entire bad week, keep getting back up and going at it again. :flowerforyou:0
