Quick fix lunch or dinner

If you have left over chicken
Cut it up and set aside.
In a skillet-heat up some olive oil-just enough to saute your veggies
throw in some broc, zuch, onion, bell pepper, and carrots
cook until the onions are carmalized.
Add salt, pepper and garlic and a splash of Tery sauce
if you have can't believe it's not butter spray-give it a couple of pumps
add your chicken and cook until its hot.
Put in a whole wheat tortilla or in a lettuce wrap and enjoy

    I have to try that recipe it sounds really good and lo-cal.

    I also like just sauted mushrooms and onions topped with a tablespoon of pecorino romano cheese on a LaTotillia whole wheat wrap. I estimate about 150 calories for the whole thing.
