This is one of my favorite recipes because it is very easy to make, it's yummy, and very healthy! I guesstimated the numbers, only because I usually just kinda throw it together :) Here it is

2 Onions
1/4cup Tomato paste
3Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2cups Frozen corn
2cups Lima-beans
1clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Oregano
2cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
5 Chicken Breasts (skinless)
salt/pepper to taste (I personally don't add any salt just because I want to cut down on my sodium intake)
2cups Water

Throw all ingredients into the crock pot and make sure everything is nicely mixed together. Turn on Low setting, and let cook 6-8hours :) FYI, this recipe yields enough for a small army (this recipe can feed 3 college students for two days, so feel free to cut the numbers down or freeze some if you don't have an army to feed at home). Back in the day, I used to eat this with some homemade dinner rolls, but now, I prefer Quaker Rice Cakes (35calories/cake) and it's excellent :) Enjoy
