I keep seeing this come up in recipes but I'm in the UK and don't know what it is! I'm guessing it's some kind of low fat synthetic whipped cream, am I correct?

Love Lite cool whip. that and some of the Jello sugar free pudding is awesome (well, relatively speaking, I mean, it's no Chocolate cheesecake but...)

That's another thing we're missing, we don't have all the fat free sugar free puddings you guys get, in all those exciting flavours  Maybe I should get someone to go shopping for me!

I like Cool Whip much better than whipped cream. I'm not partial to rich creams.

IndigoElectron, you can buy sugar free jello online. Check out www.amazon.com Look under Kraft Jell-O Sugar Free. Don't know that you would want to but here's a link to check out.

You're better off without them, imho...real whip cream, real milk pudding in moderation...

I believe it is also non dairy it is a bit chemicaly and artificial but for diet purposes and recipe purposes it is a better choice maily cause it holds up well
