I understand the other benefits that it flushes out toxins and stuff
but why is it good for weight loss? People say it makes you feel full....not me. So why?

When your body has sufficient resources it functions within its maximum potential range! Thus meaning everything is running instead of some things being decreased to save energy for necessities, the more things running properly equals more energy used which equals an increased metabolism. Water helps this in numerous ways for instance hormonal, vitamin, nutrient/substance balances.0
